Education is the ticket out of poverty

At Tiny Tulips, we don’t just teach school subjects—we also teach “Giving.” Despite water-logging in many of their own neighborhoods, our children pooled their savings for Punjab flood relief. Together they contributed 347 coins/notes totaling ₹3,917. The photos show their situation and the collection effort. Here is the account of Punjab Flood Relief donations raised by the children of Tiny Tulips Foundation.

The event aims not only to instill a sense of pride and patriotism in young hearts but also to create a joyful atmosphere of togetherness and community spirit.
Independence Day - 15th August We are overjoyed to share that Neha, one of the bright young girls from our slum education program, has secured admission to Government Girls College, Sector 14, Panchkula. She will be pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with Computer and Maths as additional subjects.
Neha, who was once a child labourer, dared to dream — and today, that dream is becoming a reality. Her journey from the margins to a college classroom is nothing short of inspiring.
This milestone would not have been possible without your unwavering support and belief in our mission. Thank you for being part of Neha’s story. Together, we are changing lives.

Neha is going to college Sapana comes from a difficult background—her father struggles with addiction, and her mother works tirelessly as a cleaning lady to support the family. Recently, Sapana has been suffering from a concerning medical condition; she has been bleeding for over a month and has had to stop attending school due to her weakened state.
We have taken her to a doctor and started her on treatment, but she remains extremely weak and bedridden. What she needs now is not just medication but a nourishing, balanced diet and a safe, stable environment to recover. To ensure this, we have invited Sapana and an older girl from the Foundation to stay with us temporarily so that her health and nutrition are not compromised, and she can return to school as soon as possible.
Story of Sapna Pusha is back in school! Despite repeated efforts to convince her parents, nothing changed—until we took the matter to the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) at the DC Office, Mohali. A formal complaint was lodged. Soon after, her parents came to their senses. Bravely, Pusha narrated her ordeal before the CWC. Today, I personally took her to school and submitted a copy of the CWC complaint. Even as I write this, Pusha is sitting in her classroom. Her old uniform no longer fits her—we're hopeful we can get her a new one soon. 🙏 Thank you for standing with us. Together, we are giving children their right to education and dignity. – Team Tiny Tulips Foundation

Learn MoreIt's truly rewarding to witness the positive impact of teaching spoken English to both our young learners and adults. In India, mastering English not only serves as a means of communication but also instills a profound sense of confidence and empowerment. As our students immerse themselves in the language, they embark on a transformative journey that transcends mere linguistic proficiency.
Learn MoreWe encourage children to explore and develop their talents! Providing opportunities for kids to discover and nurture their gifts can have a profound impact on their confidence and overall development. Collaborating with Shepherd India for media projects adds another dimension to their experiences, allowing them to showcase their skills and creativity to a wider audience. These projects not only provide a platform for self-expression but also teach important lessons in teamwork, communication, and perseverance.
Learn MoreSports is a fantastic way to keep kids active and engaged! Organizing informal sports competitions can promote teamwork, physical fitness, and sportsmanship among children.
